As a long-time Bozeman resident-- (1960s) who resides on S 19th and has seen this area with some of the most fertile, non replaceable agricultural land in the valley decimated... it sickens me to think the community development board thinks we need more commercial zones. (It is one thing to move to higher density residential and quite another to throw-in additional commercial). How many commercial zones does Bozeman need? I do not understand why we even have a Master Plan if all out-of-state developers have to do is request an amendment and the Development Board grants approval 99% of the time? We do NOT need additional Commercial zoning!
