The Montana Department of Commerce's Housing Division invites you to
Housing Coordinating Team (HCT) virtual meetings to discuss all things
affordable homes in Montana.
Learn more about resources to fund affordable housing developments, and
hear about new legislation and housing sector topics. Additionally, Montana
experts can help your team find new, creative ways to produce and sustain
additional housing units.
During this upcoming meeting, attendees will hear informational updates
from Montana Housing's Community Housing Program Manager, Julie
Flynn. She will discuss HUD's implementation of the Build America, Buy
America (BABA) Act, including an overview of requirements for impacted
programs, effective dates and HUD's request for information.
The meeting starts at 10 a.m.
