Dear City Council
Can it be true that the City lost the final Master Plan? That there was only ONE copy? This is absurdand needs to be remedied. Surely there is an electronic copy (on film?) somewhere or the developerhas one to loan you to make a copy.
There are many site plan violation comments that have been previously submitted.
The development destroys valuable wetlands and important wildlife habitat.
It will destroy the open space and quiet that residents desire when they moved to the surroundingarea.
The trails are extremely popular to walkers and bikers.
There are alternative sites where large tracts of farmland are being turned into housing tracts andwould be better suited to hosting a development like this.
Public comment is overwhelmingly negative towards this development. How can it continue fromsomething submitted decades ago? Newer environmental requirements need to take precedence.
