Dear City Commission,
I am in support of the above referenced GPA / ZMA.
As a resident of the south side of Bozeman (217 Silver Cloud Circle – Sundance
Springs Subdivision) I am in favor of this application for the following reasons:
South Bozeman residents need a grocery anchored commercial development
so that south Bozeman residents have convenient access to goods and
services.
The B2M zoning will appropriately place commercial adjacent to a principal
arterial street (South 19th Ave.) and a collector street (Graff Street) for ease of
access and minimal impact on surrounding residential.
The existing and proposed growth in the South Bozeman area is in need of a
commercial node to allow residents convenient access to goods, services, and
employment closer to home, thus reducing traffic on the road network traveling
across town.
