I have concerns about the approval of site plan 22047 being allowed in my neighborhood of
Sundance Springs. We moved to this subdivision because of it’s open spaces and quite
surroundings. I don’t believe that he Director of Community Development has considered the
safeguard of the surrounding properties and open space when they gave conditional approval of this
project. My concern is the size of the buildings approved and the obvious lack of parking space. This
appears to be a disaster in the making because of the strong potential of parking issues spilling into
the neighborhood and extra noise and traffic.
It is up to the City of Bozeman to safeguard the integrity of our neighborhoods. I also believe that
the developer on this project has had too much influence on the Director of Community
Development.
I ask that the City Commission be very diligent on making the proper decision on this
development. Watch out for and protect the regular citizens that have a limited influence on what is
developed in our communities—it is an important responsibility .
