Dear Development Review Manager:
On behalf of the applicant,Nexus Partners LLC, we are submitting an application for a Zone Map
Amendment located in the Nexus Point Subdivision, west of S 191h Ave. and North and South of
Arnold Street. The proposed Zone Map Amendment is to rezone the properties Lot 1, Block 1 and
Lot 3, Block 2 from R-O to R4—Residential High Density; Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2
from R-O to B-2M—Community Business District-Mixed. A Growth Policy Amendment is being
submitted concurrently.
Included in our submittal package are the following items:
