State-Local Infrastructure Partnership ActFunding Deadline Coming Up Cities or towns interested in applying for funding under House Bill 355 (HB 355), also known as the State and Local Partnership Act (SLIPA), are reminded that the deadline is nearing. The Montana Department of Commerce (Commerce) encourages cities or towns to ask our program staff any questions they may have to help their application submission process go smoothly. March 30, 2024 is the recommended submission deadline, but applications may still be accepted after this date. Questions about the application process? Email Commerce staff at doccdd@mt.gov and mention SLIPA or HB 355 in the subject line. You may also visit Commerce’s website for program information, including how to access application documents, FAQs, recorded meetings and more.
