Good afternoon. My wife and I live at 3902 Rain Roper in Bozeman and would
like to provide comments in support of the appeal for the above item in
Sundance Springs. We have followed this application since it was filed and we
are very concerned about the proposed use in the Sundance Springs
neighborhood. This will be very damaging to the homes located near the
proposed use. The owners of those properties, as well we made investments in
the purchase of the properties based on the covenants and restrictions that
were placed into Sundance Springs. The City’s action by approving the permit,
allows for changes in the uses and structures of the adjacent property. This is a
significant detriment to the neighborhood overall. The purchaser of the
subject tract had notice of the restrictions and should be bound by those
restrictions. The proposed use and structures is entirely at odds with the
neighborhood and the natural preserved landscape for the trails. While some
commercial use is permitted the proposed uses should be rejected.
Thank you
Jim and Elizabeth Bradbury
