The proposed building has 8,060 SF of general retail/mercanƟle space on the ground level, and 7,758 sf of office space on the second level. Per informal review comment Ref. #20, the ITE peak hour trip generaƟon values for the proposed building uses are provided below. The supporƟng ITE calculaƟon sheets are also aƩached.
