Hi Suzanne,
We are working on the site plan for 1001 Oak Building D (INF #23058). The proposed building has 8,060 SF of general
retail/mercanƟle space on the ground level, and 7,758 sf of office space on the second level. Per informal review
comment Ref. #20, the ITE peak hour trip generaƟon values for the proposed building uses are provided below. The
supporƟng ITE calculaƟon sheets are also aƩached. Could you please review and let us know if a TIS will be required for
this site plan?
