Please beinformed that ANY changes from the final plan or application will need to be reviewed by the Department ofCommunity Development.The document attached to this letter that must be executed, recorded and a copy of the recorded document must bereturned to our office per the Bozeman Municipal Code and prior to final approval of the conditional use permit. Allconditions of approval must be met. A final submittal is required with the following components:Copy of the recorded conditions of approval (attached)Narrative detailing how the conditions of approval have been met including:o The corrected water line easement (condition 2)o The relocated sidewalk and landscaping plan (condition 3)As the applicant, you must comply with all provisions of the Bozeman Municipal Code, which are applicable to thisproject. All unmet code provisions, or code provisions that are not specifically listed as conditions of approval, doesnot, in any way, create a waiver or other relaxation of the lawful requirements of the Bozeman Municipal Code orstate law.You have the right to appeal the decision of the City Commission pursuant to the provisions of the BozemanMunicipal Code.
