Sounds good!
I appreciate your reply and follow-up, Griffin,
That’s great! Im happy to hear that my creekside structure (construed prior to my purchase in 2008),
that is borderline within the floodplain and within the drafted project scope isn’t impacted or cause
issues on the permit side!
I’m await to hear follow-up from the City of
Bozeman on further scope.
Cheers,
Lucia

Hi Lucia,
Just confirming receipt of your comments. Since the comments aren’t germane to the
floodplain permit review criteria they won’t affect the issues of the project's floodplain
permit. I would have directed your comments to Jesse with the project management
team but with Jesse cc’d your comments getting to the right channel. I’ll let Jesse weigh
in from here.
Thanks,

Good Day,
My apologies in this tardy comment email on the Aspen St Bridge.
Please let me know if this is take into consideration, or if I should reserve these for
another version of the project, and the comment period.
Best,

Traffic Access - 24hr notice
1.04. B
Considering its a dead end block, there is limited access to the residents at the end. One of the
neighbors has a 2 trailers, 3 vehicles, 1 RV - with the unknown if they operate. If the residence are
only provided 24hr notice to move the vehicles, I foresee a delay in construction. I’d suggest a
48hr-72hr notice, as well as more communication to the neighborhood when the project should take
place.
1.07 Staging and Storage Areas
This is currently slated to be inside of my property. It states the Impacts will be remediated - but is
that for BOTH public and private property? Or does this need to be defined?
PG. 66- From my reading of the map, there is no break in the sidewalk for an existing driveway
at 415 E Aspen St. The drawing only includes the driveways for 425 E Aspen St. and 411 E. Aspen
St (?) or it actually may be 802 N. Rouse - and therefore only 2 of 4 driveways are included. A
driveway does that exist and therefore a curb cannot exist there.
Pg. 67 - There is a 10’wide temporary construction easement, which cannot exist due to the
proximity to the residential structure, which is ~4-6ft from the property line. This is where the front
doors to the property exists. There is also a shed that is located on the creek within this
easement. It’s unclear how the residential structure, shed, and front door access, protection, and
potential remediation will be considered in this project.
