Dear Mayor Cunningham, Deputy Mayor Morrison, and Commissioners Madgic, Coburn andFischer,
The personally disastrous video of Mr Mihelich and Ms Bentley has its good side. Now we
know very clearly the characters of two powerful people in our city government. One can seeby their casual contempt for their colleagues as Bentley obsequiously smirks referring to
Mayor Cunningham as an "albatross" and consoles Mihelich that he only has to endure twomore years of that! Or the arrogance and self-importance of Mihelich as he bemoans the dim-
witted incompetence of Commissioners who do not follow orders. Other colleagues are alsodisparaged. The public in general does not escape, we are bumpkins all with our small town
"bullshit". Meanwhile he forms his unethical secret plan to endure 5 years more, get vestedand then same day quit, crowing as he grabs his "FU Money" and rides out of town.
It is clear this is a familiar kind of conversation between them. It is business as usual. The
gods were with us in making sure we got to see it all. According to the City of BozemanEmployee Handbook pages 47& 62 and numerous violations in various parts of City of
Bozeman Municipal Code of Ethics, Conduct etc. the Commission should terminate MrMihelich's employment as City Manager and Ms Bentley fired or resign. If not, how could
their colleagues or all of us ever trust their honesty or commitment to the public good as theirpositions require? This is just a ticket to ride for them-- help them on their way!
