This is a letter of written confirmation that Yellowstone Fiber does not need a utility easement
located along the frontage of the property with a legal description of Tracy's 1'Add, Section 12,
Township 02 East,Range 05 East,Block E,Lot 1-9,plus E2 Lot 10 and all lots 40-46 and Vacated
Alley Adjacent to Lots 3-9 &Lots 40-46. The easements shown on the proposed site plans for Main
Street Hotel designed by Sanderson Stewart will be sufficient for our services.
