agenda@bozeman.net or visit the Public Comment Page prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting.
Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through video conference during the appropriate
agenda items but you may only comment once per item.
As always, the meeting will be recorded and streamed through the Commission's video page and
available in the City on cable channel 190.

This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City
Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment
relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission
cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the
City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be
respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record
and limit your comments to three minutes.

SUBJECT:Commission Discussion on Contents of Video Involving the City Manager,
Direction to City Attorney, and Possible Commission Action Pursuant to Sec.
2.09 and Sec. 3.02 of the Bozeman City Charter

RECOMMENDATION:As per the Discretion of the City Commission
STRATEGIC PLAN:1.1 Outreach: Continue to strengthen and innovate in how we deliver
information to the community and our partners.
BACKGROUND:This item will provide the City Commission the opportunity to hear from the
public and discuss statements made by the City Manager in a video of a
meeting that occurred on January 17, 2024. The item will also provide the
opportunity for the Commission to direct the City Attorney regarding any
next steps including exercising the authority of the City Commission
pursuant to the Bozeman City Charter.
