If the new Mayor, Terry Cunningham Is supposed to be taking notes and is not, I would be
frustrated as well. You just can’t show up for a meeting and sit there and not take notes. Now, I can see if he missed a few things and asked for a couple clarifications, but it sounds like the
guy is not taking notes. Do your job and take your notes, the city manager is not there to doyour job he has enough on his plate.
I also do not agree with Cunningham talking with developers without anyone present. How dowe know he’s not making deals to line his own pockets. There is enough corruption in local
politics. So it doesn’t look good when he’s talking with developers.Next, can someone please tell me why we need a bear awareness campaign. We live in a
mountainous area we have bears and other wildlife around us. People just need to usecommon sense and stay clear of these animals. We are invading on their territory, they’re not
friendly, leave them alone. If someone is stupid enough to walk up to a bear, then they sufferthe consequences. If you see a bear in a tree, leave it alone and avoid the area it’ll go away on
its own. Finally, is Cunningham really amazed with Joey Morrison. People lie on their campaign and
then change their mind when they get in office. People lie to get into office and then they dowhat they want. They’re not looking out for the people, they look out for their own interest.
All the city administration is for themselves, not the community nor the departments whichlook after the city. People get big heads when they get a little bit of power. Let’s move onto
something else.
