Dear Bozeman City Commision,
I am writing to you regarding the leaked video of a conversation between City Manager
Mihelich and staffer Anna Bentley.
As a 37 year resident of Bozeman and taxpayer of the city, I find it utterly disgusting andincredibly INSULTING the self-centered, self-serving, disrespectful and insulting behaviour
displayed by the City Manager in this video. The utter and complete disregard of even basicprofessional attitude by engaging in that manner with a subordinate tells a lot of his priorities,
and they have NOTHING to do with the priorities of the city residents. A high number ofresidents have long suspected this type of cancer within the city administration, and we now
have factual proof of its ugly presence. I cannot tell you what is more concerning, that thecommision actually hired this self-serving disrespectful individual as a city manager, or that
this type of cancer is at the top of the city administration, and most likely is a simple reflectionof the rest of the city personnel. We all know that this insulting, self-serving and
unprofessional behaviour is fostered and promoted from the top down!
As a long time taxpayer and resident of the City of Bozeman, at a minimum, the citycommission should demand from this poor excuse of a CITY MANAGER a resignation, if not
an outright firing! and without his "vested" payment.
As elected officials, you are mandated to represent the will of the people of this city. Not yourindividual agendas, as we have seen in the last few years.
As a taxpayer and constituent, I demand that you take action and remove this cancer from the
city.
