Ok. The water adequacy code at Sec 38.410.130 BMC has a deferral provision for commercial subdivisions.Similar to FF
1, satisfaction of water rights cash in lieu will occur with the individual site plans, or perhaps even at the building permit
stage for tenant improvements if a shell doesn't have identified tenants at the time of site plan.

Thanks. Brian. I will take a look at this tomorrow. It is being reviewed as a subdivision. Irrigation wells. I am working on
getting letter of intent to issue permits from the DNRC.

Not with the information provided. Need more detail. Unit demands are below. Will put a finer point as the project
moves through the review process. How is the development being reviewed? Subdivision and/or MSP?
Irrigation supply source? If City need irrigation water requirement from the landscape plan. If groundwater well need
confirmation from DNRC that exempt well(s) are allowable.
Restaurants/Bars: 165,000 gal/1000 sq ft of gross bldg area
Office: 10,000 gal/1000 sq ft of gross bldg
Retail: 5,000 gal/1000 sq ft of gross bldg
Hotel: 64 gpd/ room
