The comments read as follows: #96: “The balconies on the floor plans are not matching with the approved site plan. Please revise to match.” #97: “Please include all details including balconies on the elevation sheets. Should match what was approved in the site plan.” There have been minor adjustments to the elevations since site plan approval which are clouded on the attached sheets: · West Elevation: Between column line 5 & 6, the balcony shifted from level 2 to level 3. · West Elevation: Between column line 1 & 4, the 4’ deep balconies have been modified to Juliet balconies. The details of each type of balcony are included in the permit documents on sheet A4.05. · South Elevation: Between column line B & D, the 4’ deep balconies have been modified to Juliet balconies. The details of each type of balcony are included in the permit documents on sheet A4.05. · North Internal Elevation: Near column line A, you can visually see the West Elevation balcony change to Juliet. The project is not using balconies in the open space calculation, therefore none of the above changes substantially change the approved design.
