Thank you for the information. Would you be able to provide further clarification on why the rowhouses are considered
single-family homes instead of multi-family homes?
I will be including this correspondence to address CILWR requirements for the site plan submittal.
I will also reach out to the landscaper to determine whether the site will use an irrigation well or city water.

Hi Liz,
I received your voicemail and figured I would just follow up by getting you the preliminary determination for the project,
please see below. We'll finalize the determination when the project has been submitted and received a determination of
adequacy. I need the landscaping irrigation demand from your landscape architect and the supply source identified on
the plan (municipal or gw well). If a well will be used I'll need to see a pre-determination from the DNRC confirming that
the well may be permitted.

Lastly, attached is our high-efficiency rebate agreement. If the owner is willing to install high-efficiency fixtures outlined
in the agreement then we can rebate them back approximately 20%of the portion of the CILWR fee paid for the
residential units (—$15K). Let me know if there are any questions on the agreement or if the owner is interested.The
agreement will need to be finalized and executed before final site plan approval.

I am reaching out as a part of The Bootes Site Plan submittal. I am currently trying to gather all the respective documents
to submit for site plan review.Attached is the CILWR document and The Bootes concept plan narrative for reference.
I also wanted to confirm whether some of the CILWR was covered under the Allision Subdivision Ph 4A Submittal, I
attached the CILWR document for that project as well.
