RE: The Bootes—Site Plan
Dear City of Bozeman:
On behalf of our client,Brighton Ventures, we are submitting the site plan application for review for the
proposed The Bootes Multi Unit Residential Project located on Allison Subdivision Phase 4A, S24, T02
S, R05 E, Block 1, Lots 1 &2.
Access to the proposed development will be from South 11"'Avenue onto Student Drive. Site
improvements include parking, drive lanes, sidewalks,trash enclosures,and landscaping. Public
improvements will be within the appropriate public right of way/utility easements.
