Thank you to the hard work of staff and the Economic Vitality Board for the creation of the
Belonging in Bozeman Equity and Inclusion Plan. The plan is thoughtful and looks to thefuture. The City will be a better place for all as it is fully implemented over the next few years.
My experience in life and around Bozeman suggests that the plan is well supported. I thinkthat those that presently oppose the the idea of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will realize its
importance in the future.
