Dear Commissioners,
Much work and community input has gone into developing the equity plan. It deserves yourthoughtful consideration and approval. It is a good example of how to get the community
involved so that everyone can follow Mayor Cunningham's priority - community involvementso everyone can say they understand what is happening and approve of it.
I want to end the current trend toward becoming a city of the wealthy where our needed
employees cannot afford to live and newly arrived immigrants struggle to survive .This planlays out guidelines for making sure that everyone has a voice and feels included in housing,
education, health care, etc. It will make Bozeman a city we can be proud of and serve as amodel for other cities who are trying to address the same issues.
