Hello, full disclosure, I am not a Bozeman resident but GMD Development owns many affordable housing
apartments in town. In the Seattle region where I live, transportation has become a huge problem and I think mostly
because there was no effective long range planning. Bozeman is a great city and is likely continue to grow rapidly.
While Bozeman is still relatively small, you have the opportunity to put in place long-term plans to provide mobility
for residents. Planning for future light rail (even though 25+ years away) now, with higher density nodes at planned
future stations, would greatly benefit the city over the long run. You have the opportunity to learn from cities like
