Because we all know that Bozeman needs affordable housing, I hope you will be open to the
Public Housing proposal. If that is too far a reach for now, then talk with the people inMissoula who created something similar. There is a lot to learn from the proposal. If the city
can use those models to create such sustainable housing, please do so. You all know that theproposed UDC will create luxury housing that will add to our empty density. Look at what is
happening in Gardiner for teacher housing. Work to create a plan to keep rents reasonable astenants pay to offset the loans needed. I haven't seen any other workable housing plans.
