In my opinion, Bozeman has no need for a MHA. Just look around you, there is development everywhere you look
and the growing supply is causing prices to come down. There are multiple affordable housing options in Gallatin
County and a vacancy rate well above the national average of 5%.
Also, there is more development on the horizon that will provide numerous new housing options. No need for an
MHA that discourages ownership and has a decidedly socialist ideology.
