G. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. Written comments can be located in the Public Comment Repository. H. Action Items H.1 Public Hearing and Work Session on a Petition to Establish a Municipal Housing Authority(Fontenot) Consider the Motion: See options 1 and 2 below: Option 1: (establishing a MHA): Having considered public comment and based on the findings articulated by the Commission, I move establish a municipal housing authority for Bozeman and the area within 10 miles of the city limits and request the City Manager bring the Ordinance to the Commission for provisional adoption authorizing the Mayor to appoint the seven commissioners. Option 2 (denying the petition): Having considered public comment, I hereby move to adopt the findings in the staff report dated December 12, 2023, and move to deny the petition and request the City Manager present to the Commission a resolution denying the petition. H.2 Resolution 5545 Establishing Animal License Fees (Hodnett) Consider the Motion: I move to approve Resolution 5545 H.3 Resolution 5558, Adoption of the Fiscal Years (FY) 25-29 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)(Hodnett) Consider the Motion: I move to approve Resolution 5558 adopting the FY25-29 CIP as presented.
