Hello, I participated virtually in the Nov 21 city commission mtg especially to hear the presentation
and comments from commissioners on the Model HOA/ POA covenants. I support the model and the
amendments and look forward to availability on the website. The sound quality of the presentation
was excellent. However, although I could hear the commissioners speak most of the time. I rarely
heard the city manager or the city attorney when they spoke. The closed captions didn’t pick up
their speech either. Please check the equipment and speak closer to the microphone so that those
online can hear what is being spoken by everyone at seating commission around the commission
area.
