Dear Commissioners -
Although you have several well qualified candidates from which to select the replacement, I would like to
recommend Daniel Gaugler as he would be an exceptional fit as a Commissioner .
I have known Daniel for several years and worked for him. I have experienced his skillful leadership capabilities
effectively navigating opposition, conflicting priorities, politics, difficult customers and so much more, bringing
people together for optimal outcomes. Daniel is a superb innovative thinker and consensus builder. He’s an excellent
listener and thoughtful participant.
I believe Daniel would be an excellent conduit to cultivate community trust and buy-in to commission priorities.
