City Commissioners:
I live in Bozeman and am member of an HOA. I participated in a recent focus group regarding the
city’s proposed model homeowner’s association (HOA) covenants. The focus group was well
organized and a worthwhile communicating with other community members. I also submitted
comments on one of the surveys on this topic. My husband and have recently replaced some turf
grass in a section of our lawn and received rebates from the city for turf grass removal and
installation of drip irrigation and water smart vegetation. I urge encourage the city commission to
approve resolution 5555 and to widely circulate this model to HOAs and POAs throughput the city.
