1. THE EXISTING STREET VISION TRIANGLES INDICATED ON THIS SHEET MAY NOT BE
IMPEDED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
2. CONSTRUCTION AND ROAD CLOSURES MUST BE COORDINATED WITH STREAMLINE BUS
SERVICES SO AS NOT TO DISRUPT ESSENTIAL SERVICES.
3. THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE WILL BE BARRICADED FROM THE PUBLIC WITH A 6' TALL
CONSTRUCTION FENCE. ACCESS WILL BE THROUGH GATES. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE
STAGED ALONG EAST MENDENHALL STREET AND AT THE SOUTHEASTERN CORNER OF
THE PROPERTY.
4. CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC WILL USE HWY 191/MAIN STREET AS THE PRIMARY ROUTE
THROUGH THE CITY TO ACCESS THE PROJECT SITE. FROM MAIN STREET, DRIVERS SHALL
TURN NORTH ONTO NORTH BROADWAY AVENUE AND THEN EAST ONTO EAST
MENDENHALL STREET, DUE TO THE AVAILABILITY OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT AT MAIN
AND BROADWAY. DELIVERY TRUCKS WILL BE ABLE TO UTILIZE EAST MENDENHALL
STREET FOR TEMPORARY PARKING AND LOAD/UNLOADING. DEPARTING CONSTRUCTION
TRAFFIC WILL BE ABLE TO UTILIZE EAST MENDENHALL TO EXIT THE AREA -EITHER BY
TURNING SOUTH ONTO NORTH WALLACE AVENUE OR BY CONTINUING EAST TO NORTH
SEVENTH AVENUE.
