BG Mill Notes:
• In 2017 the owner paid $19,602 for the Cash-in-Lieu of Parkland, for a prior submittal.
• The project is within the B-3 Zoning District.
• Per Commission Resolution No. 4784, Section 3, Cash-in-Lieu will always be accepted
for projects within the B-3 Zoning District.
• Per the City of Bozeman Parks & Recreation Department, Parkland is being assessed at
$2.30/square foot for 2022.
• The calculated required parkland is 8,034 square feet. At $2.30/square foot, the Cash-in-
Lieu required is $18,477.65.
