Dear Library Board Trustees, Please do not approve the developers proposal of a parking garage where the current library parking lot is located! Despite the benefits that the developers may be promoting, this proposed parking garage isdesigned to mainly benefit the developers and the few residents of luxury apartments and not the community of Bozeman and the patrons of the library. If and when there is changes to this land, it needs to be done by and for the entire communityof Bozeman, not just a few select people, many who may not even be residents of Bozeman. To accept limits by the developers to future use of the land by the community of Bozeman andthe library is totally unacceptable. Developers in downtown Bozeman are trying to reduce and shift their responsibility to provide parking so they can capitalize on land buildingprofitability. Their plans to not deal with parking within their developments is and will continue to reduce the pleasant experience of downtown Bozeman and the businesses there. The library and its land is not there to provide an escape for irresponsible development. I hope you hear from the many people who care about the library, its wonderful renovations, and the experience of the library and its location near Lindley Park. Please feel free to contact me if you wish. Theresa Nichols Schustertnschuster7@gmail.com 406-570-94606219 Blackwood Rd Bozeman, MT 59718
