As a frequent user of our excellent Library, I object strongly to the plan proposed by Left Lane
and encourage the Trustees to reject this plan. Do you want more details of my objections? Ifso, here goes....I don't want to lose use of the parking lot,, even in exchange for indoor
parking.....I don't want a hotel to replace the lovely park behind the Library....I have beenjoined by my walking buddies, all of whom are 70 + years old , as we begin our walk on the
trail behind the Library property.... I believe it is more beneficial to have the existing greenspace than to have another multiple-housing unit built downtown.
Trustees, please reject this plan. Caryle S. Merrill.
