Dear Mr. Simkins:
Your request to modify the approved site plan granted in 1992 to allow the expansion of offices
around the mezzanine inside the Simkins-Hallin building on property located at 326 North Broadway
Avenue has been approved, in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted as part of the
application, with the following condition:
1. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Building/Electrical/Plumbing codes, and
permits shall be obtained as required by the Building Division prior to commencement of
any tenant improvements.

by 11-inches or larger than 24-by 36-inches folded into individual sets no larger than 8'/2-by 14-inches. If 3-ring binders will be used,
