Staff has reviewed your proposal to modify the location of the pylon sign along the Huffine Lane Frontage. Staff has reviewed the proposal against Title 18 of the Bozeman Municipal Code and the design guidelines for the West Main Entryway Corridor. Following review, Staff forwarded a recommendation to the Planning Director who is responsible for the final decision. Please forward a new digital pdf version of the Bozeman Gateway Development Manual to our office with an updated page 50 as submitted. Due to site constraints (Northwestern Energy and MDT) the pole sign along Huffine Lane and Harmon Stream Blvd. has to be relocated. The Development manual page number 50 has been modified to indicate the new location.
