Also attached is a reduced copy of the Phase 2 Amended plat showing the change to Open Space 6. The building for City Brew/Qdoba encroaches into Open Space 6 as it exists. Amending the Phase 2 Plat a small portion of land will be removed from Open Space 6 and added to the lot the building will sit on. A modified Open Space PUD Performance Points Calculation showing that the PUD still meets the code criteria outlined in Section 38.20.090.E.2.a.(7) of the Uniform Development Code (UDC) is also included.
