To Whom it May Concern:Again, I am disgusted that residents in Bozeman voices are falling on deaf
ears. Did anyone hear citizens’ concerns at city meetings and past mayor and commissioner
candidates forums?
Let me remind you. I heard numerous question and concerns regarding, where is the average
income housing for a person with an average income? Bozeman’s young people (yes, there aremany) are being kicked out of the housing market, let alone their home town. I also heard
legitimate concerns about changing zoning in area neighborhoods to once again, cater to thedeveloper and drive out the average citizen.
Now this. What does a high rise luxury hotel and condos with parking accommodations have
to do with the average Bozeman citizen? Please stop and truly listen! The city of Bozeman needs to stop catering to developers that
know nothing about the people and the rich agricultural history of this community.
Please say no to the library parking complex, luxury hotel, and luxury condos.
