> Good morning, I would ask that you unequivocally deny this proposal that would impede on the city of
Bozeman‘s public property, also known as the Library. These properties are instrumental to the heartbeat of
Bozeman and are also paid for and enjoyed by everyone who lives here. To somehow decide to sell part of that to a
private for profit entity is absurd. This development will not only privatize the green space that so many people
enjoy, it will also add it into its amenities for clients. It will impede future development of our library, which will
need to happen at some point in time because the population increases.

> This is the same sort of bait and switch that the city did with the parking garage downtown. The city taxes paid for
a parking garage and then the city parking division decided to sell part of those parking spots to the hotels next-door.
The hotel then charges an absurd amount for valet parking and again benefits, a for profit business based on our city
tax dollars.

> Publicly owned properties should never be up for grabs. If the developer wants more space for the luxury hotel,
they should’ve purchased a piece of land that could accommodate all of their absurd requests. What’s next for
Bozeman? Are you going to sell off Peets Hill? The cemetery? This madness has to stop…
