Dear Library Bd. of Trustees,
Since I retired from 35 years of practicing law in Bozeman,
I have used the library on a weekly basis. NEVER have I been unable
to find a parking space in the current library parking lot.
My career experience is to not trust developers. In my opinion , banks loan developers'
shell companies money without sufficient collateral. If the development goes belly up,
others-such as local communities- are left with liabilities and no source of recompense.
Please say NO to the New York developers' request to build a parking garage on city library
property.
