I oppose the proposed parking lot development. The library needs reserved parking spaces, for both current and
anticipated additional needs. The developer’s proposal permits its guests to have access not only to spaces reserved
for the hotel but also to public spaces.
In addition, the proposed 75-year term is unconscionably long, and restrictions on the library’s vertical development
benefit only the hotel.
Please do not approve this proposal.
