To Whom It May Concern; City Officials & Library Board Members, My name is Renee Irish, and I am a 27 year resident of Bozeman, Montana. I will not be ableto attend the meeting due to work. I would like to state that I am not for this newlyproposed building of hotel, townhomes, mixed use and parking garage. I believe this should not be passed, because it brings absolutely no value to the Bozmanresidents. Instead, it will take away from the library, if they ever want to expand, it lessens theamount of public parking for the library and certain events, it increases traffic and congestion, and does not provide affordable housing. Instead the out of state developers would profit and we would have to pay lease parking andalso be escorted to a yard on top of the parking garage when it is now public access? Thismakes no sense. Also, we already paid for this superfund clean- up - asbestos mitigation. I do not think it isin Bozeman's best interest to allow this high-end luxury hotel -unit to pass. Let them buy overby the Kmart parking lot - there is already water, sewer lines over there. Let them build onthat blacktop eyesore over there. I do not agree with having this space used as proposed.Thank you for your time, Renee Irish
