To whom it may concern,
I completely oppose the introduction of a privatized, financial gain for a few, and the loss of civic space, and open
air for the public. What a loss it would be to have that monstrous building looming over the neighboring parks and
recreation areas. It would forever change the feeing of the entire area, and overcrowd what is currently a relaxing
space for the COMMUNITY. There is no net benefit for the library in this instance. Maybe, just maybe, not all
development is progress?!
