Good afternoon, I wanted to express my dismay at the proposed hotel parking facility MOU. It's a terrible ideato give public parking to a private hotel for a 75 year lease. It does not serve the community atall. The parking lot is used for patrons, people who use the trail/multi-use path, farmers'market, Sweet Pea fest, and so on. Without it, it creates a serious access issue for patrons whomust travel to the library from other parts of town or who use it during inclement weather. Itwill also only increase the farmers' market parking chaos on the neighborhood streets/MainStreet during summer farmers' markets. Please pass my comments to the library trustees if possible. No one wants the shadow of agarage on the library--what an eye-sore. The library is such an important part of town. I canonly imagine police activity would increase because of the presence of houseless communitymembers near a private structure. Please vote against this. Thank you,Lauren CerrettiE Curtiss St.
