To the Library Board,
I am strongly opposed to the proposed parking garage on the Library property.
The Bozeman Public Library was remodeled to be a LEED certified building, including
the parking lot and surrounding green spaces. The light, air, noise levels, traffic flow are allpart of LEED certification. Public funds were used to build what is the pride and joy of many
of us in the community who treasure the library as a place of community and calm. Thisproposal completely violates the intention of the library plan and disrupts this area of town,
one of the few truly public spaces left in Bozeman.Please do not approve this parking garage. Please maintain the integrity of the Library Board,
the library building and library grounds by saying no to yet one more hotel and one moreambitious developer that wishes to exploit or public space fo their own benefit.
