The Bozeman Library is one of the city’s treasures. The open parking lot gives a sense of
separation into a public space. It shouldn’t be converted into a large building that couldinterfere with the library’s ability to expand in the future. The idea of trying to navigate a
parking garage with a load of books and small children seems like a bad idea. Once the openspace by the library is lost, it can’t be reclaimed.
