Good day,
The proposal by Left Lane LLC is not in the best interests of the public, or the BozemanPublic Library. It only serves the interests of yet another developer seeking to avoid the zoning
requirement they provide parking for their property. The fact the developer is even thinking ofplacing restrictions on the use of our property is but the nose of a camel trying to take
advantage of us. We would soon find the entire camel has pushed itself into our tent and wewill have virtually ceded complete ownership of our land.
We should have learned by now that giving away parking to developers so they can meet whatis required of them only creates hardship on current residents and property owners.
There is only a downside for us in the proposal by Left Lane LLC. It would appear they think
us fools.
We taxpayers have placed our trust in you to make the best decisions for the benefit of librarypatrons and those that own the land. There is no win for us. Please reject any proposal out
forth by a developer. It only serves them, not us.
