To whom it may concern,
Please do not approve this insane development idea in the library parking lot. Luxury condo
developers from out of state who do not live here are ruining our beautiful city with theseprojects.
Bozeman is a beautiful place, and over the last decade I've seen our beautiful outdoor spaces
destroyed over and over again by developers looking to make a buck without keeping thecommunity in mind. People are struggling to find affordable housing in this city. Building
more unaffordable expensive housing for people who vacation here, or work for out of statecompanies remotely damages the community.
Eventually if this continues there will be nobody who can afford to live here and work in the
community. I've been here for over a decade (originally from Eastern Montana) and I work inth3 service industry/ retail. It is becoming increasingly harder to remain here due to the
increase in cost of living.
Not only are luxury condos not a thing this city needs more of, the library is a landmark of thiscommunity. Please we beg you NOT to destroy our beautiful community space to appease
developers who don't even live here!
