At first sniff it is a win, win, win, win, win, for the developer and a total loss of all character and any future development for the library. The Bozeman community is growing and as itgrows so too should the library be able to grow on the property it currently occupies. If this parking structure and development are approved, the library is destined to stay in theconfiguration it currently has. This is a very short sighted view to take for the Library Board of Directors. Any business person would see this proposal and see it as what it is, stealing right out fromunder them any future growth for that business by someone else whose future is more important than the library's. This proposal should not even be considered or given any timefor discussion. It should be rejected from the get go. What's not been mentioned anywhere is if this proposal has already been approved by the city planning board and these meetings are just an effort to sugar coat the pain of another out ofdown developer changing the culture of our community after the fact when the community had no knowledge of it's existence. The status of this project with the city planners needs to beaddressed at Wednesday night's meeting. Thank you for your consideration, Cara Priem1209 S 3rd Ave Bozeman, MT
