To Whom It May Concern- I oppose the proposed parking structure on library property by Left Lane Development thatwill serve the proposed hotel property at 606 and 608 East Main St. The City of Bozeman hasactively preserved open space which is a huge benefit to residents and visitors. The parkinglot adjacent to the library is vital for library access and Main Street to Mountains trail access.Libraries are a valuable public space that allow access without cost- making it one of the fewplaces in Bozeman that remain affordable and allow equitable access for citizens. Developers who need access to develop parking areas should be paying market value forproperty, not leasing and developing public property at an insanely low price. Thank you,LeAnn Books
