I am writing with regards to Bozeman's "urban camping" situation. It is disturbing the stance the city has chosen to
take on this issue. The blatant disregard for private property and public right-of-ways is appalling. There is obviously
a lack of understanding of knowledge of what rights and privileges are associated with each. A R-O-W is just that, it's
a "right of way" to pass through, to allow access from one point to another. To issue a "stand down" order to law
enforcement when it comes to enforcing the rights of private property ownership, or to uphold public right-of-way
laws is beyond wrong. Stand up, do the job you were elected to do (by your constituents) and stay in your lane
when it comes to allowing law enforcement to do theirs. At a bare minimum, please invite the urban campers to use
the streets and sidewalks outside of your home or business. Let them dump their refuse and waste in the bushes in
your yard. I'm sure your neighbors must be on same page as you?
